The Institute for Positive Living is pleased to be a recipient of the Count Me In Census 2020 Initiative! A collaboration effort between the Forefront IL and the City of Chicago, Count Me In seeks to ensure ALL Illinois and Chicago residents is counted.

IPL knows member of our community are often undercounted and/or underrepresented in such counts, which is turn directly impacts the resources our community receives.  Our aim is to work with lower-income, African-American seniors in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood to ensure they are not only accurately represented in the 2020 census but also understand the importance of BEING counted.
