IPL After School Program Pre-Tests & Post-Tests

Parents of IPL students,

If your student will be involved in IPL’s after school program, please be sure to have them fill out both the pre-tests & post-tests linked below.

When opening the document, PLEASE MAKE A COPY!! To do this:

1. Click “Open with Google Docs”

3. “Make a copy”

4. Click “OK”

5. Fill out the test & send it to Chimere Bias — chimerebias@yahoo.com
